Junior Kekuewa Jr. was discovered by Rory Wild and had been delighting audiences on Radio for more than eight years as a part-time member of Hot 93.9 FM's morning 'Wake-up Crew'. Junior served as fill-in for Gregg Hammer and served up laughs as well as awesome singing and guitar playing, which led to The Junior Kekuewa Jr. Roadshow at: jrkjr.com.

As fate would have it: in March of 2008, he was signed by Clear Channel's Island 98.5 FM (sister station to Hot 93.9) to join 'Lanai's Morning Madness' with Lanai & Crystal Akana. Junior continued to delight audiences every morning for a year and his fans couldn't get enough of their daily dose of JKJ every weekday morning!

Then: in April 2009 Junior parts ways with Lanai's Morning Madness on Island 98.5 FM in a shocking but carefully orchestrated move by Programming genius Jamie Hyatt, Rory Wild & The Wake-up Crew take over Island Music Radio with thier new Show on Island 98.5 FM, and Junior is offered his former role of fill-in for Comedy Genius Gregg Hammer!

Now: Junior is back working with "The Professionals" Rory Wild, Gregg Hammer, and Crystal Akana as Mr. Hammer's fill-in. The job that put Junior on the map in the first place! In June 2009: Junior creates Junior Kekuewa Jr. Charities to benefit various Hawaii's children's charities. Junior will continue his life's purpose to bring happiness and joy to people through his shows, and now benefit all the children of Hawai'i.

On Television Junior Kekuewa Jr. is living his dream by now being an official cast member of the DIS-N-DAT TV Show! The one and only Kutmaster Spaz! "This was the first guy who believed in me enough to give me a chance on Television", says Junior; "Spaz is a great role model for our Island's Keiki, and a great friend." DIS-N-DAT TV airs on Oceanic Time Warner Cable's OC16 Hawaii, and on Vegas 35 in Las Vegas (check listings for showtimes).

Live Performances
Junior takes charge at any occasion with a repertoire that ranges from the forties through the eighties. From Sinatra's classic 'I've got you under my skin' to Lionel Ritchie's 'All night long', Junior's got what it takes to delight any audience and always does!
